I’m registered to run my first half marathon as part of the Baltimore Running Festival on Oct. 16th!  Here’s what I’m doing to get ready for it:

Monday 10/11: 30 min elliptical, 1 mi-7min

Tuesday 10/12: 5 mile run

Wednesday 10/13: rest

Thursday 10/14: 2 mile, light elliptical

Friday 10/15: hot yoga

Saturday 10/16: BALTIMORE HALF MARATHON!! 1:53:19!!!!

Monday 10/4: 45 min elliptical/ab routine

Tuesday 10/5: rest

Wednesday 10/6: 5mi-41 min

Thursday 10/7: rest

Friday 10/8: 90 min hot yoga, 3mi-24 min

Saturday 10/9: 1omi- 1hr 31min

Sunday 10/10: 4mi-33.5 min

Mon 9/27: rest

Tues 9/28: 3 mile speed workout on treadmill, 1 mile tempo run

Wed 9/29: 7mi-58 min

Thurs 9/30: rest

Fri 10/1: hot yoga

Sat 10/2: 12mi-1hr 45min

Sun 10/3: 3 mile run 27-28min?? didn’t keep track at all and it was nice 🙂

Monday 9/20: rest

Tuesday 9/21: 3mi-26 min

Wednesday 9/22: 5mi-42 min, 90 min hot yoga

Thursday 9/23: rest

Friday 9/24: 90 min gentle hot yoga class, 60 min elliptical

Saturday 9/25: 10 miles- 90 min!!!!

Sunday 9/26: 4 miles-34 min, upper body weights

Monday 9/13: 6 miles-52.5 min

Tuesday 9/14: 3 miles- 24 min

Wednesday 9/15: 5 miles- 43 min

Thursday 9/16: rest

Friday 9/17: hot yoga, 40 min walk

Saturday 9/18: Dianne Geppi-Aikens Memorial 5K- 25.02!!!

Sunday 9/19: 7 miles- 60 min

Monday 9/6: 5 mile run, 44.5 min

Tues 9/7: 3 miles, 25.5 min

Wed 9/8: 45 min elliptical- 5.25 miles

Thurs 9/9: 4 mile run-34 min, 10 min elliptical

Fri 9/10: 5k-25 min

Sat 9/11: 4 miles of walking around DC

Sun 9/12: 5 miles- 42 min

Monday 8/30-Thurs 8/2: rest

Friday 9/3: 3 miles- 26 min

Saturday 9/4: 4 mile run- 34 min

Sun 9/5: packing and unpacking–>totally counts as strength workout 🙂

Monday 8/23: rest

Tuesday 8/24: 5.2 miles-42.5 min

Wednesday 8/25: 8 miles- 1 hr 9 min

Thursday 8/26: 4.2 miles, 33.5 min

Friday 8/27: 30 min light elliptical

Saturday 8/28: wisdom teeth out rest

Sunday 8/29: more rest

Monday 8/16: 6miles- 51.5 min

Tuesday 8/17: 1 mile warm up, 30 min upper body weights, 10 min treadmill, 10  min stairmaster, abs

Wednesday 8/18: 5.2 miles- 41.5 min

Thursday 8/19: rest

Friday 8/20: 3.1 miles-27.5 min

Saturday 8/21: rest

Sunday 8/22: 60 min spin class, abs

Monday 8/9: rest

Tuesday 8/10: 30 min upper body weight routine, abs, 60 min spin

Wednesday 8/11: 5 miles-44 min

Thursday 8/12: 3 miles-24.5 min

Friday 8/13: 2 miles

Sat 8/14: rest

Sun 8/15: spin class & abs
